strange dll

    Question strange dll

    well friends i can see a dll called klttd323.dll on my C: drive.
    i have XP SP2
    i installed it on 7 mar 06 but the creation date of this dll file is 4 jan 06
    i can't find any relevent info regarding the file.
    could it be a malicious file?
