HackThis Log!! Help!!!!!! (Dial_Relaid.J & SpyQuake!!!) (RESOLVED)

    Ive come across this site and it seems like it has been VERY heplful. I hope I have the same experience. my problem looks to be the same as a lot of people on here. I have Trend Virus on my computer and it came up with dail_relaid.j for a known virus. I then did a search and ran into this site. i've read and attempeted a couple of things from some forums, (some filelinks i clicked on to see what they where where virusus or something ie:yazza, and got on my computer) i knew it wouldn't be the same exact files on my computer but i tried to attempt it on my own anyway and found some of the virus files and deleted them. but when i tried to delete this one particular file while being in safe mode and all that other jazz this particular forum posted, my computer wouldn't let me delete the file saying that it was still being used or something or other. I then was searching around again and found something in the computer saying SpyQuake or something and again came back to this site to view posted forums and see what could be done. I've searched my hard drive for the .exe of that virus but couldn't find it. It was at this point I said, well i'll just post my own. Thank you for taking the time to view my posting as i am greatly appreciative of you taking the time to do so. Thank You. Well this is my hackthis log file, please review and let me know exactly where to start over again and/or take over from, please and thank you:;

Here are three (3) infection research links (confirming your suspicions):

    O4 items - PurityScan/Clickspring Adware
    http://castlecops.com/modules.php?na...y=wuauboot.exe
    http://castlecops.com/modules.php?na...uery=??rss.exe

    O16 item - MediaTickets:
    http://castlecops.com/modules.php?na...A-B5982DA73F20

Go to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and look for PuritySCAN By OIN, , OIN or similar , click on it and click remove.

If not listed, download and run this uninstaller:
    http://www.outerinfo.com/OiUninstaller.exe

Tutorial for the uninstaller if needed

Reboot when done and delete this folder if found:
    C:\Program Files\PurityScan

Read over the following directions. Ask if anything appears unclear to you.

Download Clean.bat to your desktop: for later use to clean out your TEMPORARY and PREFETCH files.
    http://www.thatcomputerguy.us/downloads/clean.bat

We will be restarting into Safe Mode later on in the fix and you might not be able to access the Internet. Accordingly, it is probably a good idea to print out the following directions or copy them to a text file on your desktop using NOTEPAD. Read these instructions carefully and feel free to ask if you're unsure about anything.

SELECT HijackThis FIX ITEMS: Scan with HijackThis and place a check next to these items:

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {21419A1E-718D-220E-8D73-2C27B3E1EFC1} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mcb.dll

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: winrzf32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winrzf32.dll

Make sure that all browser windows and internet links are closed, even this one!
    CLICK ’FIX CHECKED’ with HijackThis.

HIDDEN FILES: To make sure you can see all hidden files, please follow the directions here

SAFEMODE: Boot into safe mode by tapping the F8 key at restart and choosing 'safe mode' menu option (explained here if needed).

Delete TEMPORARY FILES: Now, hunt down the most common temporary file locations and the temporary file clutter contained therein (and of possible malware hiding places):

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE and hit enter.
When prompted select the C: drive and click ok.
    Check the boxes for:
    • Temporary Internet Files
    • Downloaded Program Files
    • Recycle Bin
    • Temporary Files
    Click OK or Enter

For additional, more thorough cleaning and for multi-profile user configurations:
(*) Run Clean.bat to clean up your TEMPorary files.

***** Clean out the Recycle Bin for items removed below, ONLY once you have regained the full functional use of your PC.

Navigate to these files or folders using Windows Explorer (OR Start -> Search) and delete (if present):

    DELETE FILES:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\mcb.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\YMANTE~1\wuauboot.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\?dobe\??rss.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winrzf32.dll

Thank You for your timely response. It is greatly aprreiciated!
    I've just finished trying what you wrote.(can i delete old log files yet?) I could accomplish everytihng except for deleting the file winzfr32.dll, everytime I attempt it, it reads as follows;
"Can not delete winzfr32.dll:access denied Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use."

I've opened the c drive configurations to check and see if it was write protected while i was in the administrators log in on this computer and it had allow access to everything checked off. i don't know where else to check to see if the disk is write-protected or anything else because the disk is definately not full, and absolutely no other window was running. Should i try and turn off everything in the proccesses of the task manager before i delete that file or don't do it cuz i might turn off something im not suppose to?

My computer is still infected i've alreaydy had 23 trend internet security pop-ups for dial_relaid.j and im not even done typing you yet!!

I ran the hackthis program while still in safe mode directly after following all directions and this is the new log file it contained(should i run it again not in safe mode and post it or this is good?):::

Please download the trial version of Ewido anti-malware 3.5 from here:
    http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
    • Install Ewido anti-malware.

    • The program will now go to the main screen.
You will need to update Ewido to the latest definition files.
    • On the left-hand side of the main screen click the Update Button.

The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
    Once finished updating, close Ewido.

Ewido manual updates. Make sure to close Ewido before installing the update.
    ______________________________

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press Enter
This program will scan large amounts of files on your computer for known patterns so please be patient while it works. When it is done, the results of the scan will be displayed and it will create a log named rapport.txt in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Please post that log along with all others requested in your next reply.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other options until you are asked to do so!
