    Surfsidekick 3

This spyware, or whatever it is called drives me made. I tried Widows defender, spyboot, ad-ware, etc. it can't be removed and comes back every time I re-boot. I tried to follow the manual remove instructions from different sites including Norton.
I tried to delete the folder/files but it is not possible (even in safe mode with all programmes closed, except windows), I removed the inputs from the registry, same.

    Can anyone help?

Please click the link below and download and install Hijackthis.

It will install to C:\Program Files

    Hijackthis

Click scan and save a log file and notepad will open up with HJT inside.

    Copy/Paste into your reply. Thanks.

Downloaded the programme and scanned, it worked exactly as you said.
I selected the files I thought were the bad ones and after 2 tries it seems that they were removed.

Many thanks, I hope that this 'viruse' will not returne!
