    help with system crash

i have asked for advice in a previous forum and was given some instructions to perform certain scans and then create this log for you to look at. below is my original question (plea for help) and the requested log.......
    many thanks dan.....

Hi, can anybody please offer some advice?

I am having problems with my laptop crashing during video and occasionally music playback. It is a problem that has happened for about a year now so a system restore is something I an unable to do.
During video playback just before the crash the sound and picture both stutter and fall out of synch with each other. At this time looking at the task manager the cpu usage is at 100%. During playback the cpu usage is between 40% and 70% which still seems high to me. This only occurs with downloaded movies from bittorrent and p2p sites, it does not happen when playing an original DVD. I have run playback through both windows media player and real player, from both my hard drives local and external and also from the cd drive with the same results on cpu usage and ultimately the crash.
I also often have a system crash when performing a virus scan of my hard drive with Norton anti virus which is part of their internet security 2005 pack. I am able to complete about 1 scan in 4 without the crash and it does not detect any viruses on these occasions. During the scan the cpu usage also runs very high at about 60%-80%.

I have an hp pavilion ze5200 laptop with a 2.53 GHz Pentium 4 processor
    With 512 mb of ram.
    Windows xp home edition.

Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
    Welcome to DAL,

File shareing is a very dangerous buisness for your computer.

    Try to do these scans:

    http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

    Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be prompted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.

    * The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
    * Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
    * Now click on Scan Settings
    * In the scan settings make sure that the following are selected:
o Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
    - Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
    o Scan Options:
    - Scan Archives
    - Scan Mail Bases

    * Click OK
*Now under select a target to scan:
    o Select My Computer
    * This program will start and scan your system.
    * The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
    * Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
o Now click on the Save as Text button:
    * Save the file to your desktop.
    * Copy and paste that information in your next post.

Please download, install, and update the NEW free version of Ewido trojan scanner:
[*]When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
[*]When you run ewido for the first time, you may get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.
[*]From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
[*]After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
[*]Click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on Complete System Scan. This scan can take quite a while to run.
[*]If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. We have been finding some cases of false positives with the new version of Ewido, so we need to step through the fixes one-by-one. If Ewido finds something that you KNOW is legitimate (for example, parts of AVG Antivirus, pcAnywhere and the game "Risk" have been flagged), select "none" as the action. DO NOT check "Perform action with all infections". If you are unsure of an entry, select "none" for the time being. I'll see that in the log you will post later and let you know if ewido needs to be run again.
[*]When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file. Make sure you know where to find this file again.

Post the log Ewido makes back here please.

If you have to try safe mode on the Ewido scan.

    Safe Mode:

Now reboot into safe mode by tapping your F8 key upon restart and safe mode screen appears, select safe mode and press enter.
