Help.....dont know whats happening here but getting loads of things happening....runtime errors,screen freeze,keeps when restarted doing disc check everytime,doubleclick any program and sometimes wont work?????.........please can someone if you got time look at this log and help if u can ?

Please download, install, and update the NEW free version of Ewido trojan scanner:
[*]When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
[*]When you run ewido for the first time, you may get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.
[*]From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
[*]After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
[*]Click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on Complete System Scan. This scan can take quite a while to run.

everytime i do the kaspersky onlinbe scan halfway through my pc just shuts down completely ...this has happened 3times now so cant scan at all with this

Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.

Run Ewido from safe mode and post the log it makes directly into this thread instead of an attachment please.

Safe mode explained below:

Now reboot into safe mode by tapping your F8 key upon restart and safe mode screen appears, select safe mode and press enter.


After the Ewido scan boot normal mode.


How long have you had Evidence Eliminator?


Open HijackThis

* Click on the configure button on the bottom right
* Click on the tab "Misc Tools"
* Click on the Box that says "Uninstall Manager"
* Click on:

Ares 1.9.0
Viewpoint Media Player

* Click on Delete this entry
* Click "Yes"

Close HijackThis.

Right click on the file you downloaded and select install. This resets the trusted and restricted zones to defaults.

Note: if you have immunized with Spybot this takes those off. You will have to re-immunize with Spybot. If you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE/Spyads, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both of those afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE/Spyads, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.

Reboot.
