    HiJackThis and windows problems

I have a few messages that pop up when Windows start up. The first is a "windows cannot find file." I also have RUNDLL popup message. Here are the files of the first problems. "c:\programfiles\commonfiles\microsoftshared\webfo lders\ibm00001.exe"
The 2nd is this: "c:\windows\inet20010\services.exe" - another message also pops up about this file and it has a Desktop heading that reads: "could not load or run c:\windows\inet20010\services.exe specified in the registry."
And the RUNDLL is this: "error loading 0wso0x0s.dll This specified module could not be found"

Can you please help be to fix these problems and if you have time, to tell me why they are occurring. Thanks.

    Welcome to DAL,

Create a folder here C:\HJT or C:\Prpgram Files, drag and drop hijackthis. exe into the newly created folder before doing anything else please.

Remove viewpoint media, viewpoint manager etc. via add/remove program
Also remove Adware Alert- bogus program
    Also remove P2P Networking
    Also remove Altnet\Points Manager

Go here to learn how to show hidden files/folders:

    http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html#5

Run hijackthis, click on scan button and put checks next to these:
