My friend has a problem with her computer in that the laptop will not start up in normal mode, it continuosly switches to safe mode if we ever get to start it in normal mode. We ran a hijack this scan and here is the log:

we also keep receiving an error message regarding to minidump. We have tried opening her regedit to rectify the problems the computer has but she is now missing aclui.dll and so regedit refuses to open.

If anyone can help with any of these problems we would be sooo grateful as theres only so much adaware and avg will find. Thnx
