I am new to this so please excuse me is I sound really stupid

I am currently getting different pop ups all day everyday. One of the pop ups says its from "Security Center" and has detected spyware on my pc and something about one of the processes (Win32res.exe) has just sent this info. Then goes on to say other crap! I don't know if this is spyware or what. But this is not the only pop up i'm getting. I've ran AD-Aware SE Personal, Spybot Search & Destroy, Microsoft AntiSpyware, and Avast Antivirus. Also, when I run Hijack This, "O2 - BHO: ATLDistrib Object - {2353FCBC-012D-487B-8BF3-865C0929FBEB} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmkjk.dll" shows up as nasty and "O20 - Winlogon Notify: pmkjk - C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmkjk.dll" as unsafe. I can attatch my Hijack This log if neccessary. Everytime I try to get rid of these two things it doesn't let me.

If someone could please help me I would really appreciate it.

* Save it to your Desktop
* Close all running programs (including your Internet Browser)
* Double-click VirtumundoBeGone.exe on the desktop
* Follow the directions as indicated
