Yes, we did just use the windows tab.

I tried to do the silentrunner but a bunch of msg's kept popping saying that whatever program couldn't be used 'cause it was being used by something else, then kept asking me if I wanted to save it or something.. popped up over and over again. I hit yes, 4 or 5 times, then it finished and said it saved the log. But when I went to where the log is, it says that it can't access the process 'cause it's being used by another process.

I can get my husband to rerun it later and see if he can get it to work... ?

Hi,

Kaspersky says everything is in Quarantine or under system restore which we can clean as a last step.

Empty the Norton quarantine if you want to so that stuff does not show up in any scans, it should make scans faster.

Try running silent runners from safe mode and see if you can do it that way please.


Go here and see if you can download CounterSpy and run the program and scan entire computer and let the program remove everything it finds please.
