IMMEDIATELY STOP USING YOUR PC after you receive this message if you want any chance at saving the contents on your current Hard Drive.

Suggest you review the following messages from another PC:

(S.M.A.R.T status bad backup & replace). Does this mean the drive is toast?

Consider using this tool (ONLY as a tool of last resort) - SpinRite (depending on the importance of your HDD contents):

Yes, post to the hardware forum if you need assistance replacing your HDD and any data recovery attempts.

The error message is not the clearest. The Status or outlook for your current HDD is BAD - it could potentially be moments away from ceasing to function forever. It is better to take appropriate action now than to risk loosing everything that currently resides on you HDD.

Backup & Replace is the immediate normal suggestion if you are to have any chance of salvaging any important files on you current HDD. Might be best to go to a local repair shop.
