Exclamation HiJack This! log, My computers lagging need help!

I have followed the instructions on the pages HJT log posters are suppossed to read, e.g. use adaware, spybot s&d, etc. However I couldn't relocate the page that talks about the o4 objects in the HJT log. Anyway this is my log as it is,
    Thanks in advance:

    Welcome to DAL,

You appear to have two anti-virus programs running, that is not good, problems includeing slow down will occur. Please uninstall one of them.

Was there something spybot and Adaware could not delete?

Download Clean.bat to your desktop(Save page as or Save as): for later use to clean out your TEMPORARY and PREFETCH files.
    http://www.thatcomputerguy.us/downloads/clean.bat

Go into add/remove program and remove:(IF FOUND)

    webHance

    Reboot if removed

Run hijackthis and click on scan button and put a check next to this:

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [webHancer Survey Companion] "C:\Program Files\webHancer\Programs\whSurvey.exe"

Nothing open but hijackthis and click on fix checked.

Go here to learn how to show hidden files/folders:

    http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html#5

Now reboot into safe mode by tapping your F8 key upon restart and safe mode screen appears, select safe mode and press enter.

Hunt for and delete if present:

    C:\Program Files\webHancer < folder

Now run that clean batch file you created earlier, type in 'Y' a couple of times and press enter at the prompts.

    Then:

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE and hit enter.
When prompted select the C: drive and click ok.
    Check the boxes for:
    Temporary Internet Files
    Downloaded Program Files
    Recycle Bin
    Temporary Files
    Click OK or Enter

    Reboot

Make sure you are set to normal startup. Click Start -> Run -> Type Msconfig -> Press Enter -> make sure Startup is set to Normal Start

    Open Hijackthis.

Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.

Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.

    Click the "Save list..." Button.

Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply with a new hijackthis log also.

Your log is clean except you still have two anti-virus programs running. Is your computer running any better? Bet not with two AV.

Lets see what some virus scans can uncover and we will go from there.

    Get the stinger here:
    http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

Download it to another computer if need be, and bring it to the affected computer on floppy disk.

It will kill the top 53 virus files if any are found there

    then,

    Internet Explorer required
Run these two online virus scanners (Panda Activescan) following these instructions below:

    http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm

    Internet Explorer required
    Also this excellent(BitDefender) scanner:http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

Panda and BitDefender will make logs if something is found, please post those back here for us to take a look at please. Thanks.

Hi again, the stinger Mcafee thing always crashed (I tried 4/5 times) whenever it reached an infected file, and I waited a long time to see if it would move on (hours).

    Hi,

Symantec Security Response has developed a removal tool for Trackware.Webhancer. Use this removal tool first, as it is the easiest way to remove this risk.

The tool can be found here: http://securityresponse.symantec.com...xWebHancer.exe

Reboot and post a new hijackthis log with feed back on how your computer is running now please.
