ok well i need your help here....first off i have windows xp if that helps any.. well when you start it up whoever logs on first is completely fine so say my sister logs on first and then she switches users and i get on my user well then thats when the problem starts. i cant use internet explorer nor can i open any thing that uses it such as my computer or any folder at all......
whenever i do try to open somthing that uses explorer.exe it will say it caused the runtime to terminate in an unusual way
