    Now try deleting

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Fmwtvv.exe

    as follows:

    • End the running process in Task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys) and see if it will delete.
    • Or, go into SAFE MODE (reboot - and after the beep tap the F8 key) and delete it there.
    • There is always killbox if needed.



    Then, fix the following line item in HJT:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [secure] C:\WINDOWS\System32\Fmwtvv.exe



    Post a revised HJT log if your file deletion is successful.

    Looks good.

    Although not real thrilled with viewpoint manager but your call.
