Reason: wrong title

Don't worry about the first line that you've highlighted - that's normal.
The second line that you've highlighted you can select to be fixed (i.e. removed) by HiJackThis.
Modio, as detailed in the third item that you highlighted, appears to be a modem manufacturer. It is trying to run a batch file to remove a driver file for a modem. It is doing this in the "Run Once" section of the registry which means that, in theory, the next time you reboot, that should have disappeared. It would be worth rebooting and running another scan to see if it is still there. If it is, check Add/Remove Programs to see if there is still a listing for an uninstallation program for a Modio modem. If there is, use that to remove the driver and related software properly. If it's not listed, select the entry in HiJackThis to be removed and manually delete the C:\Modio directory.
According to WinTasks Process Library: "StarWindService.exe is a process which belongs to Alcohol 120% and provides network drive sharing capabilities to this product. This program is non-essential process to the running of the system, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems". However, you should verify whether you have knowingly installed any drive-sharing applications. Whilst this application is, in itself, not a security threat, it could be if it was implemented by some form of spyware. If you do not believe that this supposed to be installed on your PC, check again in Add/Remove Programs for any entries relating to StarWindService or the Alcohol 120% program or the Rocket Division Software company. Use the correct Add/Remove Programs method to remove the software if you think this is appropriate.
Other than that, your log looks OK to me. Although any performance problems might actually be because you've got so many different programs on there that are having a look at everything that's going on to make sure it's safe! Seriously. You've got entries for:
Ewido Security Suite
Microsoft Anti-Spyware
Spyware Guard
Kasperspy anti-virus
Panda ActiveScan
PC Pitstop (OK, so that probably doesn't monitor your PC all the time)
Steganos
Anyway, run through my suggestions above, reboot and see how it runs. If it seems to be running how it should be, let us know and we'll close this thread off. If it's still slow, reboot and run another HiJackThis scan as soon as it starts up and then post us the fresh log file. Also, have a think at that point about whether the PC has slowed down since you've installed or removed some hardware or software or whether it's been gradually deteriorating.
-
everything seems to be fine now (i had to manually get rid of the modio thingy)
although i havent got anything, or ever installed anything from steganos.
-
If you don't have anything that uses the Steganos Live Encryption Engine service, then you could remove that with HiJackThis as well:
O23 - Service: Steganos Live Encryption Engine (Version 503) [Service] (SLEE_503_SERVICE) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\SLEE503.exe
Glad to hear it's running better
