You say windows firewall is finding this.

Your Symantec has a firewall also, right?

Disable windows firewall and see what happens, as long as symantec has a firewall you will be alright.

Two firewalls running is really not a good idea.

SP2 comes with it's own firewall I believe.

Then: This below is an online spyware/adware scanner, give it a try.

I am not running the Norton's Firewall, it is disabled. So just the windows firewall is running. I think the messages might be the bogus ones I talked about in an earlier post.

I am trying a couple of other routes right now. I will post back if I have no success.

Thank you for all your help so far.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your help Neal.

I was able to finally see the files while in safe mode and delete the files that were causing the virus alerts. Also one of the things you had me do managed to stop the windows and balloons that were popping up stating that there was suspicious network activity. Oh yeah, I also has someone assist me in looking at all the services that were running and he had me check a few and also looked through the registry and delete unneeded keys, etc.

I think I got it. Everything seems to be working fine now.

Again, thank you for all your help.
