Spyware driving me nuts comp so slow

I Am in desperate need of a solution to rid my computer of the newdotnet rubbish .
My computer is running so slow and wont allow me do download or check emails.
When i want to restart it just hangs and comes up with rundll32 end now box then the ccapp box.Eventually it will restart after a few minutes.
Iv'e tryed to delete the newdot folder with the .dll file in it but it always has access denied.
The log file did have an entry for the rundll32 and this pointed to the newdot folder but i managed to stop this loading by disableing it in the msconfig startup.
I'm a bit worried by the entries 10 about hijack internet access.
I have included my hijackthis log so any help would be much appreciated.

You need to go HERE and get the newest version of HJT, you aren't using the newest version. Then you need to go get the LSPFix from HERE. You are infected with NewNet (as well as some other nasties) & I'm sure Owen will have you fix it with HJT. After fixing NewNet you may loose your ability to connect to the internet. That being said get LSPFix before removing NewNet just in case you need it. After getting the newest edition of HJT post another log for Owen or one of the other security experts to diagnose. HTH

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\System\panels\blank.ht m
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\System\panels\blank.ht m
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    Click Fix Checked

Go to the Control Panel, double click Add/Remove programs and uninstall the following:
