my computer is receiving a warning every 20 seconds or so saying that sqlailui.exe is failing and is being restarted.there seems to be no problem with anything else, just annoying warnings. when i searched the system for it, the only thing i could find that was related to it was micain95

When something like this happens the first thing
you should do is run a full system Virus scan & so on

so do this here if on WinXP or Win2K

run this online scan tell us what if anything it could
not be cleaned.
