can you please help?
Greetings to you all.
A couple of months ago you helped me clean my computer. Now I need to ask you can you please help my friend. He lives in different city and he isn't really much of a computer wiz so I don't know what exactly is happening to his computer. As he tells me some popup windows are constantly interupting his work, computer ocasionaly freezes when conected on the internet... To me it sounds like spyware so I asked him to run HijackThis and to send me his log. Here it is.

I really don't know what patches he used (if any). I know that he is using Windows 2000 and Norton antivirus.
Thank you in advance.
