Cool Re: Hijack This log; Autoplay PopUp problem

    Hi,Olga

Ok here is what i want you to do next for me please

    Download the Killbox.
    Unzip it to the desktop

Double-click on Killbox.exe to run it. Place the following lines (complete paths) in bold in the "Full Path of File to Delete" box in Killbox, and click the red button with the white X on it after each

    C:\WINDOWS\RMAgentOutput.dll

For this file, put a mark next to "Delete on Reboot". Copy and paste file into the file name box, then click the red button with the X after It will ask you if you want to reboot answer YES

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.

Then see how the PC is & give us any feedback you think we need to know.

    Hi HGD,

I am a little confused with these instructions.
I've downloaded Killbox, unzipped it, double clicked to run. Now which line do I put into a "Full Path of File to Delete" box? This one - C:\WINDOWS\RMAgentOutput.dll ?

    Dear HGD,

I ran the program twice - didn't fix anything.

A couple of times before shutting down the screen would show me another pop up that looks like this:

    Yes, I did reboot.
I guess I will soon need instructions on how to reinstall Windows correctly, or worse - how to Format C:

    Dear HGD,
I am really grateful for your generosity - just to think of all the time you are spending to fix somebody else's problems...
What I'm trying to say is - I am about to give up as a lot of your time has already been wasted by me ...
