Download CWShredder.
Save CWShredder.exe to a convenient location.
Please do not do anything with it yet.

Download FxAgentB.exe from HERE and save it to your desktop. After downloading, double-click the FxAgentB file to run it and the program will scan your entire hard drive - this may take a while. When it is done, it will generate a log file called FxAgentB.log - save that information as you will need to paste it here later.


Then Boot to safe mode: Instructions here
Prepare CWShredder for use: This is a free stand-alone program from Intermute.


Run CWShredder:

* Double-click on CWShredder.exe.

* Click "Fix ->" and click "OK" at the prompt.

* CWShredder will scan and clean your system of CWS files.

* Click "Next->" and then "Exit".

Then do a reboot & run CWShredder once again & come back here
post the FxAgentB & HijackThis logfiles.
