help hijacked!!!!

    help hijacked!!!!

    a friend of mine's computer will not connect to the internet no matter how much i try to help him out i run all of owen's cleanup tips and installed all the software ages ago. but now he cannot get on the internet except for breif flurry's of connectivity i had managed to get a virus (trojan horse Backdoor.small.14.am) off his computer but nothing seems to work. Also his norton antivirus keeps saying he's being attacked by someone i have attatched a screenshot of the attack i have also taken a hijackthis report off his computer

    Hello,gazza1988 & Welcome

    Well i'm glad to say the only item i see here is this

    just run HijackThis put a check mark in the box next to that item
    & just click fix checked then close out of HijackThis

    now can you give us more info about the problem
    like did they install anything new or remove something
    when this problme started it may help

    sorry to have wasted you time he says his problem is sorted now, but his uncle says that his isp has been messing around recently, but im on the same isp as him and ive not had any problems.

    although last time i posted a hijackthis report on here that very same entry came on and wouldnt go, so i was told to download bhodemon and delete it that waybut its proved unsuccesful and still remains on his computer.

    First no need to be sorry for anything at all & no
    you are not wasting your time or mine now if you
    like try this we may see somthing show up.

    Download/Save this zipped file a reporting tool
    http://skads.org/special/rkfiles.zip
    Unzip the files inside to a folder of its own.
    It has to be ran in safe mode for it to work correctly.
    Reboot into safe mode

    Open the folder and run the RKFILES.BAT, sit back and wait untill its finished, when
    it is finaly finished a text will open. close it.
    Make a log with hijackthis while still in safe mode.

    Restart back to a normal windows session:

    Post the text located here C:\Log.txt please and that hijackthis log made in safe mode.
