    error loading doceoc16b1

    How do i get rid of this error message. It appears each time i boot up
    I have scanned with spybot, avg, adaware,and ewido.

    First i need you to move HijackThis to a folder in C:\Drive like so C:\HJT

    &

    Please disable Microsoft AntiSpyware in Windows before using HJT. Right-click on the ORANGE icon located in the lower RH taskbar and click Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware, now click Yes to the Are You Sure? prompt.

    Press control-alt-delete to get into the task manager and end the follow processes if they exist:

    TopSearch.exe
    ?ttrib.exe
    elat.exe
    svcproc.exe

    If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. if it is uncheck it and try again.


    Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
    TopSearch
    saar

    Check the following items in HijackThis.
    Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    Then Boot to safe mode: Instructions here

    Delete the following files\folders IF still present:
    C:\Program Files\TopSearch\<--This folder
    C:\Windows\System32\icwtcu.dll<--This file
    C:\Program Files\saar\<--This folder
    C:\Windows\svcproc.exe<--This file
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\?ttrib.exe<--This file

    Then do a reboot see how it is & show us new logfile.
