The application Messenger Plus is an add-on. It is not written by Microsoft. It installs spyware, LOP to be exact. Try and see if you can uninstall Messenger Plus via Add\remove Programs, and then if you still want to use it, reinstall it after we have cleaned your computer. Then choose not to install the Sponsor. If you are able to do this, then scan with HJt again in normal mode if possible, and post another log.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

I deinstalled the sponsor of msn plus! it was possible to deinstal only the sponsor

Here is a link you may want to have a look at part
of the problem you are having is you have a lot of
progs running at startup cut back on some not needed

also see if doing some cleaning & a Scandisk + Defrag helps
also clean out your Temp files & Cookies with this prog here

Download CCleaner HERE and install it.

Before first use, check under Options, Settings, and ensure "Only delete files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours" is unchecked.

Then open it and select the items you wish to clean up.

In the Windows Tab:

I recommend cleaning all entries in the "Internet Explorer" section except Cookies.
Clean all the entries in the "Windows Explorer" section
Clean all entries in the "System" section
Clean all entries in the "Advanced" section.

In the Applications Tab:

Clean all except cookies in the Firefox/Mozilla section if you use it.
Clean all in the Opera section if you use it.
Clean Sun Java in the Internet Section.
Clean any others that you choose.

Then click the "Run Cleaner" button

thanks a lot.. It doesnt freeze anymore I dont exactly know why (not complaining though ) and im glad I got rid of some things. I've also ran a scan by error nuke, maybe that fixed it partly.. Im going to do the by you suggested ccleaner now, and hope it will stay clean for more then awhile now
