Incredimail? Well, it is my mother's PC and she likes the program. I suppose if you like the fancy backgrounds and dressed-up look of email, it's nice. I'm more of a plain-jane email reader guy, so I opt not to use it.

How do you get trained for the work you do here? It seems like there is an awful lot to know about and it seems there would be a whole lot of different situations. Thanks for taking the time and effort!
