My internet connection settings keep deleting itself whilst online. Then i get a message of cannot connect to server.

Ok sorry to say this can be a big anything here
so let's try some things here to get us started

1)Did you try & call your ISP asking if maybe there is
a problem with the ISP it's self it can happen

2)Have you installed anything new or remove something
before this happen

3)What OS are you running

4)Do this here right away let us know

Be sure and put a check in the box by "Auto Clean" before you do the scan. If it finds anything that it cannot clean have it delete it or make a note of the file location so you can delete it yourself.


5)After giving us some info from above & running the scans
for Virus's show us a logfile
