    Hi,ipeven74

Hmm well yes you do & it's because of one big thing as
i said before this will keep happening if you don't
    update both WinXP & IE.

    now

Press control-alt-delete to get into the task manager and end the follow processes if they exist:
    amsm32.exe
    MSOICONS.EXE
    att20.exe
    zeta.exe

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. if it is uncheck it and try again.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Update Machine] MSOICONS.EXE
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [qF5S38X] att20.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Update Machine] MSOICONS.EXE
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Update Machine] MSOICONS.EXE
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [bou2RUb7R] amsm32.exe

    O23 - Service: ZESOFT - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\zeta.exe (file missing)

Make sure you can view hidden and system files: Instructions here

Then Boot to safe mode: Instructions here

Delete the following files\folders IF still present:
    C:\WINDOWS\zeta.exe<---This file

Stell in Safe Mode do a file Search for these here if found delete them
MSOICONS.EXE<---NOTE there is a file of the same name in C:\Program files do not delete that one
    att20.exe
    amsm32.exe

    &

Again once we have you clean you have to update both WinXP & IE
or all this work is for nothing.

reboot let us know how the PC is doing & show new logfile.

    HGD
