    AVG trouble

    Maybe I'm missing something that is obvious. I've installed the latest version of avg antivirus, the free version, on 3 pc's. One had windows 2000 and the other two have ME. All three pc's are accessing the net via dsl.

    They work for about a month then for some reason the net access quits. The only way to regain access is to un install AVG. Is there some patch or is this a bug or what. Any advice will be greatly appreciated

    Well not sure this would be the forum to ask this but
    here is what you should do first Uninstall all Ver of AVG
    then use this prog to clean all of the Registry for any
    files that are stell installed.

    now once you do the Uninstall & run the registry-mechanic
    shutdown the PC unplug the DSL restart the PC close
    all running programs Install AVG once that is done
    shutdown PC plugin the DSL restart see how it is

    & let me add this here when this happens talking
    about when you try to update are you trying to
    use a new Server in AVG options if so & no go
    then try what i posted above.
