    Hi,jeff52069

Ok nice work on your end but that file is stell with us
let's see if we can do this here.

Go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit OK
Scroll down and find the service called.

    System Startup Service (SvcProc)

Make sure it is selected in color. Right click on the service and click on stop. Right click on it again and go to Properties. In the Properties screen and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled in the dropdown box. Click on Apply. Then OK. If the service isn't listed go ahead with the rest of these instructions anyway.

then see if you can delete that file using Killbox

now if no go here is what i want you to do for me
make a copy of that file place it in a zipfile for me
then PM me saying you did that & then we can go
from there i will try & run this file on my PC so i may
see what it is trying to do.
