Is this a legitimate entry to find in someone's HJT log?

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://websearch.drsnsrch.com/sidesearch.cgi?id=

It seems to relate to a Sidesearch file in a "\Program Files\Lycos\" directory as well.

I'm not sure whether it's ok or not lol but my host file won't let me access the link you posted.

After a little research I would say it's riddled with spyware DJNafey
I wouldn't want it on any computer I'm responsible for, just my 2 ¢. HTH

And I can confirm that both the Hijack This entry and Lycos Sidesearch are nasties and need to be fixed.
