PS: I have tried AVG, Trend Micro, to remove the Trojan Horse, and Adaware to remove the popups, which all failed.

I am not sure all what you have since I Dont know what Trojan you got and the ad ware....I know of two programs that I find useful. There is a AVS called Kaspersky which I find very usefulsometimes even with the trail. I used it to get rid of some nasty viruses on my computer before. To get rid of Ad ware spy ware and browser hijacks I use a program called Ad-Aware. It's a free program to use for personal use. No trail period or anything.

This is the website where you can download ad ware for free Ad Ware SE Personal Edition
This is the official website for Ad aware: Ad ware by LAvasoft USA

The virus scanner Kaspersky their official website is located: Kaspersky.com
This is the download link to download the trial: Kaspersky trials

Just click on the AV personal 5.0 and enter the information and it iwll email you a link where to download the a free trial and scan you comp and it will get rid of the virus or give you options on how to get rid of it. Now the scan can take a while if you have alot of stuff on your computer. I am running a 250 gig 2.4 Ghz comp and I have about 60 gigs filled up usually and it takes about an hour and 15 mins to scane all of my files. If it finds a virus it will play an alert sound and pop up a window telling you what virus it detected and give you options. Just thought I could help if you wanted to try that and see if it works

    Hello, & Welcome

Have you tried to do any cleaning with Ad-Aware Se & Spybot
it can clean a lot of junk.

    now do this first

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
    http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

    Please download Nailfix from here:
    http://users.pandora.be/bluepatchy/nailfix.zip
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
    1) Restart your computer
    2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
    3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
    4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
    http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click on Nailfix.bat. Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Post the log from the scan here for me.

Then please run HijackThis, click Scan, and check:

    F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

Restart your computer in normal mode and please post a new HijackThis log, as well as the log from the Ewido scan.

i also want you to do this here as soon as your done with all of the above

Go for free online Virus scans here:

    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/hou.../start_corp.asp
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

Be sure and put a check in the box by "Auto Clean" before you do the scan. If it finds anything that it cannot clean have it delete it or make a note of the file location so you can delete it yourself.
