After you install it run it look up at the top
click on the Tools Tab you will see run Uninstaller
see if using this helps remove the items you are talking about

It wouldn't work..I've tried about everything to get Microsoft AntiSpyware and Giant...which is the same..removed. I downloaded it again to see if it would operate correctly and it won't even open. I can run it in safemode or not and can't remove it. When I try to run in safe mode it just tries to open all the way and never will...that's the problem it's half running incorrectly all the time. I tried closing it with enitall and wouldn't work..so tried killing it and it does..but not dead..it's still will not let me turn computer off..just tells me to wait..then that it's not responding.
I'm getting a lot of "can't access windows installer" so I'm going to try downloading another one..already did it once..but will try it again. I think there is a newer version than what I've got..windows install v2 I think..anyway will try that.

The latest version of Windows Installer is 3.1
You should find it under Windows Update.

Well Feller's I'm back in business...with a lot of help from ya'll..and 3 days and nights of trying this and that. It was the Microsoft AntiSpyware. I'm pretty sure I got it all off..I'm now able to get into control panel and add/remove..and my Firefox, Slimbrowser..all the browser are now working..won't know for sure if it's all off till I shut down computer..but it's a heck of a lot better than before.
What I did to get it off was..I had tried to download Windows installer cleanup tool in safe mode and it wouldn't work in safe mode..so I knew it wouldn't work out of it ..as nothing would but I copied the url into notepad got out of safe mode and couldn't even open notepad..so went back into safe mode moved the url to a windows wordpad I had on desktop pasted the url there got out of safe mode and pasted the url online and downloaded the install cleanup tool but it wouldn't run or open. So just for the heck of it can't even remember why, but hit start and run then pasted "windows install cleaner" and I found all the windows installers and patches. I ran my courser over each.. and one said Microsoft antispyware and installer..I right clicked on it and gave a option of uninstalling..I clicked on it and it uninstalled..ever since everything works.
