When my computer start up I open task manager and go to Processes, I see there w32_ss.exe, I understand that this is some kind of a virus, but I dont know how to get rid of it, of course, I use End Process to close it, but it comes up every time the computer start up, I cant see it in startup in msconfig, and not in registry startup either, what can I do?
P.S. every time I only press on it, even one time, I get a send error from explorer.exe, I tried to delete it thru cmd, but it says file is in use.
I tried several times to delete it in safe mode with command promat, most of the times it was in use, and sometimes I managed to delete it, but it came back on the next startup.

Any ideas?
