when i press ctrl + alt + del, the task manager appears on at the tray but doesn't show up :\ not sure how i can resolve this issue. oh, once i restart my pc, it all works, maybe after... a couple of hours it crashes, or sometimes even as soon as it pc starts, it crashes.

Symptoms: can't save anything, browsing in general crashes whatever program.
