I don't know if there is another problem or the same one. I downloaded the things you advised. The spywareblaster, the spywareguard, the AVG, that one keeps "not responding" it says that I have 4 trojans and then it doesn't respond. I already had the windows update and the firewall from pc-cillian. Did I do something wrong?

You probably have a Trojan Horse then. Your log is clean from spyware and nasties but the Trojan Horse may still be there. What I suggest you do is this:

The Trojan that your antivirus program is detecting may have been saved in a System Restore Point created by your computer. Your antivirus program is unable to access System Restore, so we need to flush the contents of System Restore. To do this, please follow the instructions relevant to your Operating System in this article.

After you have Disabled System Restore, you need to Reboot and then Reenable System Restore so that your system is safe from errors and will be able to be restored to a previous state.

Tell me how things are doing after you have done this.

    Hi Owen,
Thanks for the reply. I did what you asked and then redid the scan. It came back with the same thing and the program wasn't able to finish cuz if froze or stopped responding. It says that 2 of the trojans are in the RECYCLER and the other is in my WINDOWS something iDefender\def_bundle.exe. Do you need the scan results from AVG?

today I was working online and my AVG gave me a warning of the items I spoke about. So I did another scan and the same ones came up. I went to lookup one of them and someone asked if that person had emptied their recycle bin. I tried to do that and scanned again. This time the AVG was able to finish the scan but was unable to heal the viruse. The only one now is called "Trojan horse Downloader Xren.A. I wasn't able to find any good articles about it though. Thats the one in the iDefender. The other two were gone when I checked it again though.

It was in the recycle bin. Can you give me the exact location of the file AVG is detecting? Thanks.

Right, could you go to C:\WINDOWS\iDefender\ and tell me all the files that are in that folder. If there are more than 10, just tell me the first 10. Thanks.

Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
    Boot into Safe Mode

Go to C:\Windows and delete the following folder:
    iDefender

Then reboot and tell me how things are going.
