    Post Help!.. worm attack

I use a dial-up connection on my home laptop. Recently my comp was infected with the W32.spybot.Worm . The Symantec Antivirus Client ver8.0 i am using detected the worm and has quarantined it. Now, ever since this infection, the dial-up connection has become very slow, and also i get frequently disconnected from my ISP, and also download speeds i get are very slow... what should i do??

    Hello,sidharthjyothi

You could try & download HijackThis or have a friend do it
if you are an able to & post the Logfile here so we may have a look

    http://www.isecurity.org.uk/downloa...ckthissetup.exe

    Hmmm sorry this may help

    Download it

Scan. When the scan is finished, the Scan button will change into a Save Log button.
Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
