Unfortunately the same problem has reoccurred. I'm trying to get a Hijack This Log to post but am having trouble. I'm using a flash drive as my laptop doesn't have a floppy drive but the PC doesn't seem to recognise it when I boot up. If I boot up in normal mode it detects the new hardware and tells me to restart for it to work, which I do, then when I re-restart in safe mode (as the PC doesn't let me boot up properly in normal mode) it doesn't detect the flash drive. Will I have to find a computer with a floppy drive?

Please help!
