I saw someone with my name and problem on google O_o
but anyway they said to delete Viewpoint Manager which I have done, but still nothing.

Other Info for help:
I also own http://www.xneopians.net/ and that two has the same error so im guessing its an IP address blocked on my pc somewhere.
The IP for both websites are: 72.9.241.18

Does this happen with any other sites?

Your ISP is Blueyonder, if its only to your website, it may be worse checking with your webhost. You see, my webhost had a problem with Blueyonder customers accessing the sites, their IPs were blocked by a firewall on the website. See here.
