Someone help please. Here is my HJT log, I would really like to get rid of this about:blank page. There is also some Windows Messenger Service pop-ups that are all pornographic and my girlfriend doesn't like them. Please help.
(And my printer doesn't work since this all started happening - when I click Add Printer the error message is just "Operation couldn't be completed")

Please download and install APM from here. Also download and install Ad-aware from here.

Once you have installed Ad-aware, run the program and in the bottom right hand corner click Check For Updates. Update Ad-aware following the prompts and then close the program, we will use it later.

Now disconnect from the internet, restart Hijack This and put a checkmark next to the following entries:

Now click Fix Checked

After you have done that, start APM.

In the top Window select explorer.exe
After this, in the bottom Windows find kbbf.dll
Right click kbbf.dll and choose Unload.
Click OK

Delete the following files and folders. If you can't delete them in Normal Mode, Boot into Safe Mode:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\kbbf.dll

Now Start Ad-aware

Click Start, select Perform Smart System Scan and then click Next.

When the scan has finished, put a checkmark next to all spyware found (or right click and click Select All) and then click Next to remove it. You will be asked to confirm the removal, confirm it. You will be returned to the start screen of Ad-aware. Close Ad-aware.

Reboot your PC.

Download Crap Cleaner from here. Install it and then run it to clean your temporary folders.

Post a fresh Hijack This log.

I ran APM but there was no kbbf.dll in the bottom box when I selected explorer.exe in the top one. I have deleted C/Windows/System32/kbbf.dll and run ad aware (brought up lots of Cool Web stuff) and fixed the stuff on the HJT log that you said, but as you can see from the new log, most of it is straight back again. Any more ideas?

I have done this as you said. What happens is that all the references to about:blank and the rogue .dll that changes its name every time it reloads, disappear for a while and then my browser can stay free for anthing from a few seconds to a few hours, but it keeps coming back, as you see:

One thing I forgot to mention. In the Temp folder there is a file called se.dll which I can delete in Safe Mode, but comes back every time I reboot.
