Hey Owen,

After installing the suggested programs for removal of viruses and malware, then removing the about:blank page, now there is no moving data on my web pages.

I am so grateful for having the problems dealt with but I need to have active web pages to view, otherwise it seems just like a hard copy page--I love books . Also, please help me get back my Internet Options setting after installing these programs.
