Thanks, Since my last post I updated my Mcafee and deleted all of the malware /viruses. There are still some things showing up below but the about blank went away. However some of the viruses McAfee found were in system restore and I deleted them when I probably should have cleaned them. As a result I lost all of my emails in Outlook. Any idea if there's a way i can recover them?
