    Followed all instructions and on pressing delete got pop up box saying "Access Denied"

    Kazaa Begone was my next move

    JEL, could you please download KazaaBegone from here. Unzip it and run the executable. Put a check in Search For And Destroy Installed Components. Then click Go.

    Before I started this string I had already tried kazaaBegone. I ran it again and it says there are no installed components but Altnet is still there and picked up by Adaware.

    Have a read here. Try the suggestions there, try reinstalling Peer Points Manager which is the cause of this problem and then uninstall it properly without using an Antispyware program.
