When i go delete the following:

it wont delete - it comes back again and again.

I ran spybots & adware 6.0 and finds nothing.

Ad-aware 6 is now an old version. Ad-aware SE is the latest version, get it from www.lavasoft.de.

Close all browser windows, restart Hijack This and put a checkmark next to the following entries:

Yes you can safely delete that.
