Reason: Posting my HiJackThis action after RegSupreme

Are you sure that is the entire log?
Update your version of Hijack This from my signature and then post a fresh log using that. Ensure you include the entire log.

I do have the latest version of HiJack This and this is the entire log. It had other entries that were obsolete keys, file does not exist, invalid key, etc. I read the information in the spyware/adware and Registry correcting programs and went ahead and deleted the entries that it identified.
However, I know that the 04 entries in the log file are valid ones that could possibly be tampered/altered in some way. So, I was afraid to delete them and would like information/advice on whether or not they are all o.k.
After running the four programs you advised, my system has deleted at least 3,000 bad files. I tell you...my computer could barely move, it was about to be overtaken by ads, worms, and viruses and they continue to surface!
I have to finish reading and doing the tips and getting protection for my system. Thanks so much for helping!
