hi,
i am having problems with my computer....i know very little about tech support and would call myself a dummy when it comes to fixing these things....here goes
Problems
Popups - i run adaware, spybot, a free trial of spycatcher and CWShredder....the Shredder for some reason shuts down before it can remove anything...they detect the same problems over and over
About:Blank - my IE gets hijacked to about:blank no matter what i try

I have run AVG and Stinger antivirus and have done so with system restore off...AVG finds files it cant do anything with
