My friend is having all types of problems on her laptop. but norton, ad-adware and spybot haven't helped her at all. she can't get on the internet to download hijack this to try and post a log at all. does anyone happen to know why this is happening? any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

yea i figured i had to do that. she's having some one trying to help her and if she can't still get online i'll send her the disk. thanks for your help
