Close all browser windows, restart Hijack This and put a checkmark next to the following entries:

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] vpc32.exe
    O23 - Service: Crypkey License - Unknown - crypserv.exe (file missing)

    Click Fix Checked

Then boot into Safe Mode and ensure that you are showing Hidden Files and Folders.

    Search for and delete:
    vpc32.exe

    Reboot

Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and scan for viruses, removing any you may encounter. Then post a fresh log.

No vpc32.exe was found the the virus scan said it was clean. I'm still getting some of those freezes. Sometimes when I try to open another program(like thirty minutes after I turn on my computer) it'll open up, but if I click anything it'll freeze and anything else I open will freeze. This causes me to restart.

Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
What I'm going to ask is that you have a read of the Cleaning Up and Speeding Up thread at the top of this forum. Go through the info and download the recommended programs and see if you can improve your PCs performance yourself, using those instructions.

If none of that helps at all, post back and I'll see what I can do. It would also be not a good idea, but a crucial idea (if such thing exists) to download Windows XP Service Pack 2 from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com.
