If your ISP is in Slovenia I see nothing wrong with your log. Maybe you could confirm this please?

Have you stopped any processes using the Task Manager or Msconfig before generating this log? If so, can you do the following:

Click on Start> Run and type MSConfig in the 'Run' box. When the System Configuration Utility opens, click on the 'Startup Tab' and make sure there is a checkmark beside each entry.

Reboot and post a fresh log please.

Thanx for reply! My problem actualy is my net connection. Sometimes when im downloading a file, my download speed drops from 124kb/s to 12kb/s. I have 1Mbit DSL connection and didnt have problems before. I dont belive its my ISP. I have no idea whats wrong. I have spybot S&D and adaware pro for cleaning stuff. I would be greatfull if u could help. Or at least try

Quick u'r. Yes my ISP is in slovenia. And yes i have stoped some process in task manager, but i have done as u said and al processes are marked.

Well it certainly isn't malware related so I'm afraid I can't be of much help to you . Maybe 'Owen' one of our resident Moderator's maybe able to throw some suggestions into the hat for you.

The log is clean, no mistaking that. What I must add though, is that the speed largely depends on the server. I get this sometimes. It starts the original connections at 120KB/S then it drops to around 20KB/S or 10KB/S, this is not a problem, its just the way your PC is negotiating the connection. If its a slow or busy server, then that is why the download speeds are so slow.

Could you perhaps try download this file off my website as a test www.isecurity.org.uk/downloads/spybotsd13.exe. The server is in America and I'm getting a full 110KB/S download.

I downloaded the program with 121kb/s. But as i said, doesnt hapen allways and it didnt use to happening before; like ...... About 6 months ago. Maybe is realy my ISP, or my hardware and stuff, maybe he's getting old; my pc that is. Thank you for takeing your time. Bye
