My computer has been crashing a lot over the last week or so and we've had to perform a recovery to try and sort everything out, but it's still having problems.

I keep getting messages from Norton saying that W32.Wilab is a high risk, even when I click OK it pops up straight away.

I think I see your problems in that log, but you have not posted the ENTIRE log. Please ensure you include everything.
