Thats a clean log. Any specific problems?

Make sure you get the latest updates for Windows from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com. You need all Critical Updates and Service Packs.

Thanks, when I ran the S&D and adaware, they hit like 100 each, I just wanted to be sure my comp was clean. My computer also keeps saying it is low on virtual memory... what would be the best way to free up some? Is this what is causing my computer to run slower than normal? Maybe defragmenting my hard drive? Any suggestions? Thanks Owen, I "owen" ya one.

Defragmenting your hard drive is a good idea to start with.

You've also got too many applications in startup, this will cause major slow downs and use up RAM, this is why you are low on Virtual Memory.

What I'm going to suggest is, for the O4 entries, in your log, go to www.sysinfo.org and in the search box under Startup Info, enter the .exe bit of the entry in the log. So for this entry in the log:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LogitechVideoRepair] C:\Program Files\Logitech\Video\ISStart.exe

You would enter ISStart.exe. It will tell you whether or not the program is needed at startup and what it is. It is then your choice. Use the key to help you.
