You have a few problems I see. You may wish to copy these instructions to notepad or print them out. Follow each instruction in the order they've been posted.

Please download these for use later on:
    Crap Cleaner
    KILLBOX
    CWShredder
    PeperFix

Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT
Go to My Computer (Windows key+e)
    Double click on C:
then right click and select New > Folder

Please download the latest HijackThis from
here and unzip it to the new HJT folder for future use. Don't forget to delete the old version.

Go to Add/Remove programs (while connected to the net) and click on ‘Uninstall 180Search Assistant’ if found. Follow the confirmation prompts from the 180Solutions website.

Download, configure and run Ada-Aware SE (as per tutorial link in my signature). Let it remove everything it finds.

You also have a peper infection amongst others which requires a special removal tool.
Please run the Peperfix removal tool that you downloaded.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST have an internet connection active for this to work.
Run Peperfix twice, rebooting after the first run.
When the second run is complete, disconnect from the net.

    Then run CWShredder
    Close all windows & browsers
click Fix (not just 'Scan Only'),
Let it fix everything it finds.

Now close all windows and browsers, run HJT again and check mark the following:-

    OK, we've made some progress.

    Run PeperFix again.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST have an internet connection active for this to work.
Run Peperfix twice, rebooting after the first run.

Then close all windows and browsers, run HJT again and check mark the following:-

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C5183ABC-EB6E-4E05-B8C9-500A16B6CF94} - (no file)

    Click FIX CHECKED

Showing all files and folders again, reboot into Safe Mode.

Go to C:\windows\temp and delete everything inside the folder but leave the folder intact.

Go to C:\WINDOWS\System32 and delete Fmr0i.exe and l?gonui.exe

**Please note: the above blue l?gonui.exe will probably appear as logonui.exe which is a legitimate windows file. Be careful you don't delete the wrong file. You should find two of these files with the same name. You MUST check the properties of both by right clicking on them. Under the 'Version' tab check that the file is signed by Microsoft. You need to delete the one that isn't Microsoft signed. While checking the malware files' properties, also make sure the file doesn't have a checkmark in the 'Read Only' box under the General tab. If it does, remove the checkmark and then delete the file. If their isn't 2 logonui.exe files, run a search for gonui.exe and follow the above instructions to delete the malware file.

Empty your recycle bin and reboot normally.

In case of further problems with l?gonui.exe,
download dll Compare. This will scan for the hidden files we can't see.

    Click 'Run Locate.com.'
When it says Completed scan, click 'Compare' at the bottom.
When the cycle is finished, Click 'Make a Log of what was found'.
A logfile will be created. Click "View Log File.

Copy and paste the contents of the Log File in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log.

    The log is clean now

Run Crap Cleaner again to clean the temp folder.

After the malware problems you've experienced, it would be a good idea to flush your System Restore folder to prevent reinfection if you ever have to roll back to an earlier Restore Point.
    Click Start >
Right click on My Computer> Properties> System Restore
and tick the box that says 'Turn off System Restore'

Run your Anti Virus program, when you get the all clear,
    turn System Restore back on.

    Then go to
    Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> System Restore
and create a new Restore Point.
Call it something like 'Malware Free'

Then visit Windows Update and download Service Pack 2 and ALL New Critical Updates.

You don't appear to have a firewall at the moment. A firewall is of paramount importance if you wish to protect yourself from all manner of malicious intent. I recommend either Kerio Personal Firewall or Sygate.
Before installation, disconnect from the net, disable your Anti-Virus software and turn off the XP2 firewall (if SP2 already installed), via Control Panel> Security Centre.
Once installed, switch AV back on.

These other programs are essential in further protecting yourself:

    SpywareBlaster
Protects against bad ActiveX and prevents Spyware being installed in the first place. Check for updates once a fortnight.

    SpywareGuard
Alerts you to any attempted change to your browser settings.
Acts like an anti-virus program but for Spyware.

    IE-SPYAD
Adds over 4666 sites to your IE Restricted Zone protecting you when visiting innocent-looking sites that aren't innocent at all.

    * Keep your anti virus software updated and scan weekly with Spybot and Ad-Aware.

    Glad I could help.
